Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide. Most lung patients with brain metastases have very poor prognosis. The most common type from human adenocarcinoma. Although cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) 9 has an established pathogenic role in various cancers, its function metastasis remains poorly defined. We A549 BrM3 cell line a parental (K-rasG12S). And investigated expression CDK9 3 matched and adenocarcinoma tissues, three metastatic lines H2030-BrM3, PC9-BrM3, A549-BrM3 their H2030, PC9, A549. then stable shRNA knock-down luciferase labeled tumor were tested vitro models vivo. found that compared primary IHC, had strong stain staining localized at nuclei. we NSCLC significantly increased to (P<0.05). Inhibition by decreased downstream genes CYR61 cells mice inoculated shRNA-transfected burden survived longer than control Our results suggest plays important promoting direct inhibition suppresses murine model.
